Private Ballet Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Ana en Pointe, I value your time and the dedication you bring to the studio.

Because private lessons involve dedicated studio space and individualized preparation, I maintain the following policy to ensure fairness for all students.

By booking your spot and completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Ana en Pointe Private Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Rescheduling Notice

To reschedule a private ballet lesson at least 7 days notice is required.

Notice given 7+ days in advance: You may reschedule your lesson without any extra cost.

Rescheduling Fee

Because studio space is booked and paid for in advance, cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before your scheduled lesson will incur a 50% rescheduling fee.

This fee is used specifically to cover the studio hire costs that are non-refundable to the instructor.
The remaining 50% of your lesson fee can be applied to a rescheduled date.

Last Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled lesson time, as well as no-shows, will be charged at the full rate.

At this stage, studio hire and instructor prep time are fully committed and cannot be recovered.
No refunds or credits will be issued for lessons cancelled within this window.
